The Motherline: A Mother’s Day Ritual for Mothers & Daughters | Brisbane

The Motherline is a special Mother's Day event for mothers and daughters to come together in presence, connection, and shared experience.

Through relaxing, guided practices, you’ll be invited to reconnect, not just as mother and daughter, but as two women sharing a matrilineal life thread.

If you're not sure what to get mum, this could be the perfect alternative to a gift ~ an experience you can remember forever.

✨ What to Expect:

Opening Circle: We begin with a guided meditation to settle the body and open the heart.

Cacao Ritual: A gentle heart-opening cacao ceremony to set intentions for your time together and come into presence.

Embodiment & Movement: Simple, accessible movement to release tension, come out of the thinking mind, and into the body.

Paired Connection Practice: Guided exercises between mother and daughter to deepen connection, including prompts that spark conversation and meaning

Gentle Breathwork: A light, regulating breath practice to support emotional release, grounding, and reconnection.

Sharing Circle: A space to witness and be witnessed, honouring your relationship in a supportive group setting.

We will also provide a light afternoon tea,
