Yin Yoga and Reiki are a natural pairing: the slow, held poses of Yin create the perfect conditions for Reiki's gentle energy healing to weave through, helping your energy soften and flow more freely.
You'll also have the option to receive hands-on or hands-off Reiki during the poses - completely your choice.
Together, these two hours are an invitation to slow down, to return to presence, softness, ease, and a little bit of silence.
What we'll move through together:
🌿 Guided somatic awareness meditation
🌿 Gentle Yin Yoga poses, held for 3-6 minutes each

Spots are limited to keep the space cozy, and intimate. You don't need any yin yoga experience, just the desire for a space to slow down, relax and tune back into yourself.
