About Ceremonial Cacao

Ceremonial cacao is a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine that has been used in traditional rituals and ceremonies for centuries.

Unlike commercial chocolate, ceremonial cacao is minimally processed and retains many of its natural nutrients, including magnesium, iron, and calcium. It also contains compounds such as phenylethylamine (PEA) and anandamide — sometimes called the “bliss molecule” — which can naturally support feelings of wellbeing and emotional openness.
