Experience peace and empowerment through your pregnancy and birth experience. Over six weeks you will connect with your body, baby and discover just how incredible pregnancy and birth can be. We will navigate alleviating discomforts in pregnancy and fears around birth, and prepare your mind and body for an empowering birth experience. This gentle class is suitable for everyone, whether you are new to yoga or experienced. Everything is provided so all you need to do is turn up prepared to be nurtured and supported to find your own magic within.
