🪷 Breathwork & Meditation — A Path to Inner Joy 🪷
This Breathwork and Meditation group offers gentle yet substantial methods to quiet the mind, restore balance and reconnect with your natural state of grace. These sessions share time-honoured accessible techniques for anyone keen to deepen or commence a meditation practice, drawing on my years of study with respected Masters, esoteric education, and lived experience in ashrams, combined with teaching across both spiritual and mainstream settings.
Breathwork is one of the most effective tools for calming mental chatter and preparing the body and nervous system for meditation. You are guided in these sessions through a variety of breathing techniques which allow you to discover what best supports your own rhythm and wellbeing. Meditation is further enhanced through the use of mudras or specific hand gestures that help focus energy, deepen awareness and support inner alignment.
Each session is held in a supportive, non-judgemental space. Participants often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more centred. Time is also offered at the end to share experiences and insights, should you wish, fostering connection and integration.
These sessions are non-religious, universal in nature, and open to anyone 15+ who is seeking greater peace, presence and alignment in everyday life. No prior experience is required, just an open, willing heart.

None. Just bring yourself and an open mind, maybe a light shawl or blanket in cooler weather.

$33 for the 1 ½ hour session. Pay at the door (please arrive 10 minutes early for this) or pay online via Eventbrite/Humanitix.

Julia Sawyer (JuJu Divine) is a Yogi, Artist and university-trained Teacher with over 30 years’ experience in facilitating classes and workshops, including breathwork & meditation, psychic development, healing circles and sacred art. As a Meditation, Yoga and Breathwork coach, she lived and trained in ashrams worldwide and offers training in breath and meditative techniques, including philosophy inspired by great living gurus.
